Description
A personalized goalkeeper training session in a small group (2–5 players) focuses on developing each player’s specific needs while maintaining high intensity and individual attention.
In this format, the coach can adapt every drill based on the players’ level, age, and goals. Key areas typically include:
- Technical skills: handling, diving, positioning, and shot-stopping
- Reaction and reflexes: quick-fire drills from short distances
- Footwork and distribution: passing, control, and decision-making under pressure
- Game situations: 1v1s, shots from different angles, crosses
Because the group is small, each goalkeeper gets more repetitions, real-time feedback, and a more focused, competitive environment. This leads to faster improvement while also building confidence and communication, which are essential for the position.
If you want, I can design a full 60-minute session ready for your S3A goalkeepers.
